A: Yes, delivery fee will be calculated by Lalamove according to your delivery address. Please note that we are offering delivery discount vouchers for orders above $40, $80, $100.

A: Advance orders are available for delivery/takeaway within the same day.

A: No, cancellation is not possible after the order has been processed.
Q: Can I change my order after confirmation?
For minor amendments or addition to the order, please contact the branch that you placed the order directly and we will try our best to arrange them for you (contact numbers are available in the Contact Us page). Order amendments are not possible once the food has been fully prepared and/or collected by Lalamove delivery. Any refunds or additional payment that arise from the amendments would be made through PayNow. Please note that discounts from coupons will not be applied to the newly amended orders, and cannot be re-instated to your account.
